Referrals Process

The referrals process is very simple. All referrals are to be sent to referrals co-ordinator, Samia Baig

Step 1 Client to complete referral form. Alternatively, simply put your request in an email to the referrals co-ordinator (referrals@independentsnetwork.org.uk)

Step 2 The referrals co-ordinator will contact the client within 24 hours, to collect further information and discuss the referral in further detail.

Step 3 The referral will then be considered by our referral panel, where an appropriate worker will be identified.

Step 4 The referrals co-ordinator will contact the client to confirm the details of the identified worker and timescales in which the work can be completed.

Step 5 The identified worker will then contact the client to discuss the specific terms and conditions of the contract.
